As BlockDoggie mentioned, I think 9 is the minimum to get to 700mg dosage if no toxic responses....which we do not expect.
3 x 350 mg with 0 toxic responses, upgrade to 525 mg with 0 toxic responses and then 3 at 700 mg.
I understood that RP stated they were going to do it safe and does escalation, so I don't see them starting with 9 patients and 3 different dose levels after seeing the 3+3 diagrams.
