Sup peeps, just got back into the office from a morning of meetings off site and saw the PR.
Interesting, but the devil will be in the details. The most important detail being what % of the newly-listed NYSE/NASDAQ will be owned by Andiamo and its shareholders.
My guess is they will be going public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/spac.asp)
Frankly, this is the type of thing I was concerned about when I saw all the new Utopya entities being created.....and I am sure we can expect Utopya to be spun off as well sometime in the near future.
The % of ownership for Andiamo & its shareholders in any newly-listed entities will be the determining factor as to whether we can get ready to pop bottles or we should start researching capable class action lawyers
Mr. White seems to have integrity so I am cautiously optimistic we will be popping bottles.
