FYI from those that know: This is a very good demonstration of flow chemistry however does not go beyond that in making a stable and useful product. The reactants have not been optimized for repeatable flow synthesis (they need to be pumped through syringe injectors). The reactor is not robust for multiple use either. The dots made using room-temperature ion exchange process are also prone to reverse reactions for obvious reasons that the products can also react at room-temperature to form the source reactants.
In summary, this is far from commercial ready and has some significant challenges yet to overcome.
