Nobody trusts anyone in management at ANDI, for good reason. Until they start delivering on anything and stop using the words “intend” and “plan” you will see zero significant movement in the share price.
Does this news mean that we won’t hear about a closing next Friday? Because if they actually purchased a legit company with revenues then we may see some movement, but if them going “public” means we won’t hear about that stuff then we are SOL.
And companies don’t just get listed on Nasdaq or NYSE. Lots of requirements to meet. At this point SWS has shown nothing and they are a loooooong way from any NYSE or NASDAQ.
