If OWCP has something in the works they are doing a good job of keeping it a secret.. There has been no rush to load up while the share price is low. So disappointing but that is OTC life and then...........bam!.......big news, good or bad and along with the news comes a huge percentage move that almost never occurs outside penny stocks. Still, for the moment, very disappointing to me......down about 150K.
