Good find Grow! Very aggressive on DSS's part!
350k for SFOR for the software initial set up language and localization and 150 k for ACS probably with having the CEO of ACS sitting on DSS's board laying out the marketing and distribution infrastructure to DSSs to implement with their customer base.
