This could be a great thing. I'm assuming ANDI will retain a certain percentage of ownership in SWS and it appears we will all get shares of SWS as a dividend based on how many shares of ANDI you have by a certain future date. I'm sure they will announce that date at some point. GNBT just recently had one of their subsidiaries go public and announced if you own shares by a certain future date you would be getting 1 share for every 4 shares of GNBT stock you own. So, this could end up being a huge deal for folks. Anyways, we still need more information. GLTA!
