The larger the company the more they tend to adhere to the specific terms of agreements/contracts. The in house lawyers keep everybody on the same page. CVS with over 9800 stores is a very large company.
Now closing in on 250 identified ActiPatch Stores, with who knows how many more that we have not found yet, it is pretty clear that BIEL has entered into something more than the 200 Store Product Trial that KN described last year.
