Joe made plenty of mistakes, but this court delay is not one of them. The courts are simply ignoring the end of this case. They now need to be requested by KBM lawyers to get their shit together and make a decision already. This three year plus case is a prime example of a broken justice system. This could have been over in a year with competent judges.

Meanwhile Joe can only stay silent until it’s out of the way. I have it on good confidence that they still wish to bury those who defamed them.
