Yes, I was looking more myself, looking at the minimum in the patient’s system. I’m assuming this minimum is not enough for full coverage, which is causing failures. At 1 week the minimum is 75% of steady state minimum, but at two weeks (dose 3 on day 14) the minimum is 95% of steady-state. So, that one extra week should give the biggest gains. They may do 2.5 weeks as you say. They probably would get some coverage still as HAART leaves the system until the 4th dose on day 21 (99% if minimum steady-state) which to me would be enough.
