I don't post wishes, I post facts. Read the SEC charges and ask yourself why anyone with brain matter circulating would actually continue to conduct any sort of business with this scam at this point, and - as a result - get themselves wrapped up in litigation brought by the federal authorities.
The Wells notice I posted was FACT. The litigation filed by the SEC was FACT. The charges the SEC presents against Foley and NTEK are all FACTS. The ongoing and extensive lawsuits filed against Foley and NTEK are FACT. The resignation of the business incorporation agent is FACT. The resignation of the TA is FACT. The delisting of the the stock is also a FACT.
In the future, when considering an investment decision, I'd suggest people expand their minds, learn to use the internet, learn to spell Google and do the most basic and fundamental DD.
