I think because the S1A was out yesterday that gets approved and approval can take a day, so tomorrow morning we could get the effective S1, SC acquisition, final offering, etc. and uplist
The S1A yesterday stated they are looking to uplist March 21st, and in the update Rory said about 24 hours away. I believe all of these can be put out in the morning with an uplisting PR.
