No page attached to your link. Unfortunately, reality continues after 24 hours. There is no 25th hour, secret passing of the Mueller report to Trump. If Trump had the report, his fat little fingers would be all over Twitter as his impulsive nature would not allow for secrecy.
"Expects" means likely to happen. It does not mean it has "happened" already.
