I agree with every word in your post pineknot, but one or two things concern me. BTW this is the furthest post from a bash you will ever see.

Closed minded opinion based on nothing. In fact that opinion is polar opposite of the resolve Andy show getting them in cvs in the first place.
I finally got what I believe to be the truth. Andy had no resolve about getting the devices into CVS, in fact, he didn't even know about the 200 store trial until that deal was done!
What happened next would cause heart palpitations, maybe worse. Changes need to be made, my friend. With a little necessary tweaking, BIEL could be the next investors darling. Change, combined with wisdom, is rarely a bad thing. It is the only thing that is constant.
