That was an interesting read.  I noticed the quotes (of the posts) seem eerily similar to many over on the other board.  I wonder if they just copy one another... or something more sinister like drafting their postings from a prepared playbook provided to them (some may call this an employee handbook).

Freedom of speech is one thing, but to hide behind such for the sole purpose of causing harm (be it for fun or profit) is quite another.  Kudos to the company for pursuing this.  Hopefully there was something in the settlement agreement that would give pause to others who may think they can get away with such actions also.  I was sad to see the monetary portion was forgiven by the company.  Noting like a stiff financial penalty to curtail future instances from happening.
