I just spoke to Todd from BLM in Kingman.  Wasn't the nicest guy on the block.  He asked why I was calling and I told him I was a potential investor.  He asked why it mattered if EA got approved and I said because if it doesn't get approved and the mine doesn't open I would invest.  He said that he's been doing this 19 years and has had only 1 EA that didn't get approved.  Sooo I'm taking it as it's a foregone conculsion that the EA will get approved!!!
