I believe the open price tomorrow will be the closing price today. If you're counting on the NASDAQ SP to reflect the price the institutional investors paid ($3.65 per share), then you may want to keep in mind these two things:
1) The OTC market has taken that into account already as seen this morning. Great time for longs to buy more shares like I did.
2) The shares that were bought buy the institutional investors were not publicly traded shares and will not directly effect the SP tomorrow.
You may want to rethink your strategy.
