Ahead of the game only if he starts collecting the money we are owed. The AR will skyrocket if he closes sales deals in the pipe and doesn't focus on collecting. He needs to take a diff approach in terms of sell thru - like CIA or acct pay for the inventory build up and then replenishment is on terms. Or something other than what he is doing.
OR HIRE SOMEONE OR A COMPANY to do the collection activity.
I know a good Italian firm that could do it - lol.
Haven't sold a share and not panicked - but he needs to take charge of the entire operation not just sales. He is the CEO - Not CEO OF SALES.
