Yesterday I called and talked with Mark about the lawsuit. He clarified that they haven't decided yet which way they will be going, but once it is decided, they will put out a PR letting us know.

We also talked about the PR yesterday and he said that it is exciting and that when our other deals are ready, they will be PR'ed as well. He mentioned that this specific deal has been in the works for a long time and that he is glad that it is finally coming to fruition.
