well... this is the type of situation where I must say I am glad to be single 
Another silver lining is that we are now actually moving to nasdaq. The price makes me cringe a little (I expected something close to the price right after the RS), but it's not toxic financing to stay afloat. It's actual top tier investors and the acquisition of a quickly growing business.
