I thought Rory, Board and company did a smart move. Not the move traders wanted. Go after institutions that will hold like Rory, Jeff, BOD, me and you.
The backseat drivers elsewhere were so sure the institutions would flip out the first chance they got. That's way there were multi-dozens of posts arguing about the lock-up.
Rather have the ones that will support the company moving forward. They got their discount like the PP investors. Now the road is cleared ahead.
Time to step on the gas. Will have $53M of gas money.
