I've got to believe Rory is saving some ammo for post NASDAQ listing. He can PR about partnerships anytime as he has done in the past, but at this point, why waste it on the OTC. Any Partnership PR, particularly with some well known entity like Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, or Oracle is going to be much more well received on NASDAQ, where there won't be bashers trying to twist the interpretation of it, etc. We've already seen how they've twisted the recent PR's about partnerships. Rory has to have some things in his back pocket, as you say he didn't detail everything in the roadshow presentation slides. I am sure too he is advised to be careful not to say anything that might cause expectations to be excessive and end up not exceeding them.
