Hello Everyone, please fact check me but....
isn’t the price offering just that.. an offering... the offering at 3.65$ provides us with the 20 milllion we were looking to raise in the first place.. no shocker there... we were simply looking to do it with fewer shares...
Also, don’t these investors have to bid on the open market regardless of the offering price??? I’m looking at this as if I were to sell a house... it can be worth 1 million but price it at 700k to create lots of interest very fast and possibly creating a bidding war.. please enlighten me.
