If that’s the offering price that doesn’t correspond with share price at the opening on nasdaq, we wouldn’t automatically open at that price on Thursday. It’s like private placement, where the company could be at .90 and the private placement is .25, the next day we are at .90 still.

It depends on who sells and how many shares, I can tell you right now that there’s a 90% chance I call my bank once they open tomorrow and wire money to my account waiting for sellers.
