Sjacobs has reached his limit of posts.
He pointed out that most recent Q10 mentioned up to 3.5% royalties for ABBV (so somewhere that has changed positively for CYDY).
On the other hand extra fees of up to 0.75% or upto 2.5% have to be paid to the manufacturer.
So worst case royalties in total up to 11%.

Per the latest 10-Q the ABBV royalty is now "up to 3.5% of net sales for the longer of 10 years and the date of expiration of the last to expire licensed patent."
There is also a third-party licensor as a contract manufacturer with an annual license fee and/or royalties of "up to 0.75% to 2% of net sales, depending upon who serves as the manufacturer, when the Company commences their first commercial sale, which will continue as long as the license agreement is maintained."
I'm not sure if these 2 are related, but the manufacturing royalty rate popped up on the same 10-Q that the ABBV rate decreased 'up to 3.5%'.....so to me appears they are related.
