Just around 2:15 Steve Berman called me back as I couldn't get through his full mailbox.

The number he called me from registers as "Protext Mobility" which is the other crap public company he was in TXTM. Interestingly TXTM talking about a JV with a cbd related company (apparently also still waiting on license) ...

Defensively, Berman tells me the shares to Canouse have been in filings for a year... of course, never saw the name Canouse attached to filings till yesterday's Q.

Canous' always taken to court and litigious... raises red flags... seems like there's history between Berman and them... he puts out a Form 1-A but gives up on loyal shareholders and goes to bed with canouse...

I called Berman vermin and a liar to his face a couple of times... he just responded "thank you ma'm"...

Shame on you with no integrity or consideration for other human beings... big disappointment to many...

Here's a thought: TXTM, NECA and now ONCI... all together, one and the same... all greedy CEOs taking on whatever they think will get em shareholders to sell to... playing off whatever is the 'gold' of the day... CBD, crypto, whatever...
