How is this being a DD "beast."
Like most luxury type hotels, they have meeting rooms you can pay for and use for a few hours / evening.
This has nothing to do with the fact that Steve is renting a FURNISHED hotel room for personal use and calling it an "office."
It's not an office. It's not a business address. It's merely a hotel suite that Steve / whoever relaxes in when in NYC.
For $42,000 a year.
Ridiculous.
