I don't understand the questions regarding this event. From an investor perspective, this is a very positive announcement irrespective of the internal rational by management.
Maybe money can be raised at higher prices. Maybe factor financing based on bonafide orders. Terminating that dilutive offering is good for current shareholders. Shareholders should be happy, especially if non-dilutive financing has been arranged to fund the expansion.
