always take some one at their word until they blow it. SB just blew it. he didn't say there would be no more toxic debt. he said there would be no more 3a10s. he told us we would be buying new homes, just didn't mention they would be on sale at target. around here, we call people that act that way "slick". SHL will have to be read in a whole different light than before. april is the key for me. if no tv, radio, social media campaign shows up in april, it'll be time to take some lumps and move on. jmo
