Most of the other p3 trials for mdr0+ I see is using 48 weeks. Since mono will be a big change from haart, my guess is the fda will require the full 48 weeks. Before the induction period, I thought they would be allowed to use patients from the investigatory, now I’m suspecting they will require all new. The old trial data will be used as evidence, so maybe they don’t require 500 new patients, but 200 or 300.
The 700mg after 12 weeks is 100% with old data, that final number should tell us if mono will be successful way before the new trial is done imo.
They could get this done in 2020, depending on the number of new patients and they amount of non-dilute cash they find.
