i noticed that at 4:00 PM eastern time last night (lebanon time10:00 pm) when i had a final check....as soon as the market closed, the bid and ask switched to these two values you mentioned.....it was in a flash of a second.....i was really surprised about that wide spread to end the day with....

must have been a Canadian signing off with a toke...no pun....
