While earlier today the Form 1-A filing on the SEC website was nowhere to be found, it actually is back available now... as you can check through this link below ( forget the number you provided, just put in the company name in the link you gave toodles):

Not happy with Berman's maneuvers with the dilution and new toxic debt he's incurred ... even if he has paid more to Cogosense and the numbers seem improved.

He needs to put out that Attorney Letter so ONCI can get 'current' with FINRA via OTC Markets ... and don't wait till the last minute.
