There have been many loose ends that have required his explanation for a long while now, but he offers none. When something doesn't pan out, he sweeps it under the rug. I imagine he does this to keep the share price up as much as possible for the sale of shares.

The shareholder letters have not offered any additional clarity, so I don't agree with you. If he had anything truly material going on, we'd see a filing about it.

He really needs to land a deal. A REAL deal.

On Twitter he said that "bashers are going to eat dirt." I think that will be very telling, because if something substantial doesn't occur in the very near future, it will stand as proof he's trying to keep share price inflated to sell shares. The timing of that tweet conveniently coincided with sagging price and liquidity.
