Cytodyn website stills says:

There are no upcoming events scheduled at this time."
To me, that's a big indicator that non-dilutive $ is coming. It speaks volumes that mgmt hasn't done a presentation for a while. Also, previous Paulson investors don't seem to have heard from their contacts.
