you might want to review when the K gets filed

and has been filed since 2010 ..

that would be March .. if not filed in March .. P2O would file an NT
(almost always on the last business day of March) and then the K
would be filed the following month .. sometimes early in April .. sometimes later in April

the year the CFO came on board in 2014 .. the K was filed in June ..
but for the most part .. it's March or April
and to reiterate .. if it's an April filing .. then an NT gets filed

so to correct the falsehood .. yet again .. P2O has never not filed fins

btw the EOY Q is folded into the K .. and while the annual fins are audited
the Qs are reviewed by the same firm that does the *annual*

try noting dates of NTs and 10Ks ..
