$SOLI Going and Going! Merger/acquisition play breaking out rather silently, penny to dime! But not for long until people realize that Care-Clix has gone public through SOLI. Telemedicine business.
On February 20, 2019, after further due diligence and negotiations, SOLI and KB entered into a definitive Asset Acquisition Agreement (the “Agreement”), which replaces and supersedes the LOI, and the terms of the Agreement are summarized below.

It appears they have paid a chunk to uplist which will happen once merger is compete!
