"As at the close on March 14, 2019, those who have bought since January 14, 2019 now control 57% of the cheapest shares "as near to .4000 / .0002 as makes no difference" [or 66% using the DTC figure - the float is probably even less] having bought from those that panicked or were duped by nonsense on amateur forums and who sold from .0007 entry and above.

That figure rises to 66% if the .6000 / .0003 cost basis shares are included [or 70% using the DTC figure].

That will have made $EVSV much thinner to the upside as there had previously been a one tick flip block at .0008 then / 1.6000 now - especially since the "now relatively expensive" shares were reduced in number by 1:2000.

Legacy share holders who spent their time looking backwards - instead of taking the correct action that top traders clearly were on January 14 and every day since - have now been rendered pretty much irrelevant below $1.40 if not $2.00."
