Who else in this predicament can we bounce our frustrations off of other than each other long?  I'd go to my wife who knows most of the 2+ year TECO story but she would just hit me in the head with a frying pan and say "I told you so".  She would also comment " you could have taken me on four trips to Hawaii and back so far with the money you have into TECO".  What could I say: "sorry honey but they lied to my face for 90% of 2012 and I continued to buy shares based on that news and my phone calls"!  Oh don't go  wifey poo: we are suppose to see a change and increased BPD by the end of first quarter! Ok husband; you wait for the change and I'll be at my sisters until TECO changes it's tune! DOES TECO REALIZE HOW MUCH OF LAST YEAR'S BULLCHIT HAS EFFECTED FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES?
