Looks great! Only a couple really picky things I found....list the phase for all the trials to keep it consistent. You did for most but saw 2 TNBC that didn’t state P2 (Mar-Apr and Apr-May) and 1 GvHD that didn’t have P2 noted (Somewhere in the right column).
