To maintain sanity, I try not to immerse myself in double-talk , idle-chatter or legalese any more than I have to...I'm also allergic to courtrooms. So I'm not really up on where these court cases stand at the moment. But if , as you seem to indicate , QMC has prevailed (so far) in their countersuit against K&L , that would be plenty sweet. Wouldn't it be ironic if QMC finally ended-up w/ their coffers overflowing w/ cash as a result of this legal combat , as opposed to being successful in their primary venture of selling QDots. Call me 'shallow' , but at this point , I'm not sure I'd care if they made their fortune off of selling ice cubes to Eskimos , as long as they show a meaningful uptick in their corporate bank account
