It looks pretty likely that the PO and up-listing will be finalized next week. Judging by the sp movement and Rory’s update, I expect the pricing to be somewhere around 10-15$, which means about 15-25% dilution. That’s pretty good, even though I had hoped that Verb would have given the PO investors a bit more evidence of traction in order to pump up the pricing above 20$.

Regardless of the pricing, it will be really interesting to see how many of these “tier 1” investors will hop on board.
