I am not sure why they saying that most of patients VL is undetectable,,
My research telling me that about 45-51% of patients in USA are with VL<50copies/ml..
Africa , Central and South America is much worse, and many patients moving to western countries as immigrants now ..,..
Another big problem is that drug resistant HIV is more often transmitted now to new patients and all the new drugs , 3 in 1 or monthly injection don’t address that ..
I hope that Leronlimab will be approve soon , it is very easy to do once a week SC injection and to cover all CCR5 positive , including drug resistant virus ..
