I voted no with the understanding I could change my vote to a yes if, after reading the Company proposal, I chose to change my vote. While I am placing a lot of faith in the Company I am on my side more than the Company's side with respect to this R/S issue. The R/S is an important option and I wish I could go along with the idea but 100 to 1 or worse would make me a very unhappy investor. Even though I believe the Company may not need or use the option those conditions that would likely warrant a R/S would also require 100 to 1 or more.
Again, I think the R/S is an important option even though that may not need or use it, only time will tell; the Company can get my vote and the votes of like minded investors by providing the details of their proposal as previously promised. And I shall add, I expect they will provide details...........I am patiently waiting.
