All joking aside, RAD seems to be in a bind IMO. I understand how a RS works, but you have fewer shares but are worth more-but suppose the PPS continues to drop, as it quite often does after a RS-then shareholders will really be angry. Seems a merger with UNVC is a quick, easy and profitable solution.
