Another public company ($100MC) in CA said yesterday they were opening a 13,000 sqft facility in Oakland and planned to grow 2000 lbs of weed out of it. They also said, their revenue goal is to double from mid $30M to $60M, and that's with the incremental revenue from the Oakland grow op.
I started thinking, hey, that's about the size of SIGO. Given the grow cycle they published and aspired for last year, SIGO, too, would have grown about 2000 lbs, or $20M of weed, out of 12000 sqft. This also reaffirms my estimate that this license is worth $20M, now.
So, you are correct, once the right numbers hit reports, this will tell its own story.
