Thanks for reposting that. There are so many questions related to the spinoff. Who are we merging with? What is the IPO price? How many shares is GNBT retaining? What exchange will it be on? Will shareholders also get a rights offering? Will there be a blackout period where owners of the dividend shares cannot sell? It looks like they are waiting until every last detail is set, and then they will answer all of these questions at once.
