$DIRV As noted above, DIRV just announced that, in a show of confidence, the Company’s Chairman and CEO, Roger Ralston, is taking approximately $1.8M in debt owed to him from DirectView (consisting of money he invested, along with accrued salary), and has agreed to convert that debt into equity of the company or preferred shares.
DIRV shares maybe haven’t really reacted to this particular headline. But it hasn’t mattered. Shares are doing well, up about 8% in the past week.
