my thoughts regarding the LOI and EXMO.
i think that by actually having a controlling interest in a blockchain/crypto MPLS won't have to worry about bitcoin or etherium or other crypto's that have gone bonkers / negative.
MPLS having it's own brand of crypto it allows them to conduct business transactions without having to rely on the other crypto platforms.
they have control and not other entities.
if MPLS is going to attain their goal(s) of international transactions they have to initiate control and not be subject to the market.
i could be completely inaccurate in that assessment but that is what makes the most sense to me.
