SEC compliance question for BSAFE

Here is a question I got today when I told someone we have an SEC approved STO:

"Approved meaning what exactly? A RegA+?"

I cannot find the answer in any of the materials.

Can you help me give this potential investor the correct answer?

I have already emailed Mark, George and support on the BSAFE website I also posted the question on the Telegram group.
