Suspect we've hit a bottom today... here's a thought:
There's likely a very few who've been able to trade ONCI this past week:

I figure theoretically someone could have picked up some ONCI s a week ago today at .0013 or even .0012 and sold this week for .0016 or maybe even .0017 ... making $200-400+ depending on how many shares bought last Friday... beer money for this weekend, ahaha
Anyone lucky to pick up 13s today?
